Nestled on twenty
acres in the Tehachapi Mountains, K Bar K Arabians is the home
of Straight Egyptians, purebred Arabians and even two NSH
half-arab paints. Situated at almost 4,000 feet, we enjoy four
seasons; a little snow in the winter, a little heat in the
summer.
We are
striving to breed exceptional, beautiful Arabians with
athletic ability and the people-oriented dispositions to make
great show horses as well as beloved additions to the families
who have them. Our horses display the affection towards people
for which the Arabian is famous as well as the classic beauty
that is so admired.
While
our main focus is on quality individuals, our breeding program
has produced many blacks and black producers. We have some gorgeous daughters of
NV Beau Bey, Padron’s Mahogany, Magnum Psyche, Bey Elation,
Fame VF and Bey Shah in our purebred broodmare band. Our
Straight Egyptian broodmares include daughters of Almoniet RSI,
Imperial Madheen, Theegyptianprince, Abraxas Halimaar, The
Minstril and HIA Sud Abnus.
To
date, we have concentrated our efforts on being breeders and
have not been involved in showing, other than as spectators.
That may change in the near future as we have several junior
stallions (sons of Sherif El Moniet, NV Beau Bey, Psky FA and Magnum
Psyche) that we would like to introduce.
